Samantha Fecher is a California based designer and oil painter; specializing in portraiture. Having studied graphic design along with fine arts and art history in both London and New York, her artistic and professional journey has taken many forms over the years.

After a decade-long career in graphic design, specializing in email & social media marketing, Sam has been devoting the majority of her time lately to painting. Drawn by a deep-seated passion for portraying the complexities of human identity and emotion, her artistic style can be described as soft but striking; bold and balanced. Through each portrait, she is driven to question conventional representations, delving deeper into the essence of her subjects, and challenging the notion of what constitutes a portrait.

In 2023, she participated in 3 group art shows, one in New York City, and two in Los Angeles.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Sam is passionate about music, dungeons & dragons, and history; influences that often find their way into the creative process. With an ever-evolving portfolio, Sam invites you to see and not just look; feel without judgement, and romanticize subtleties.
